One of the first questions that comes to mind when we receive an invitation to a wedding is the eternal "what should I wear". A doubt that we have all had more than once and today we will try to shed light on it:
Short or long dress?

- MADISON; Reference: 00121-0004. Elastic satin fabric for fitted skirts.
- TULES HILDA; Reference: 00664-0005. Stretch tulle fabric for draped dresses.
This is one of the first decisions we have to make when deciding our wedding guest dress. And this question will help us to answer the following premises:
- What time of the year is the wedding? A decision marked by the temperatures of the season, being the summer heat a good excuse to wear short and cool dresses and vice versa in winter: long dresses, long sleeves or even two pieces.
- Is it a day or evening wedding? According to custom, we will wear long dresses at night and short (or midi) during the day. However, protocol dictates that only bridesmaids and bridesmaids wear long dresses.
- Are you a bridesmaid or a bridesmaid? As we mentioned in the previous point and according to the experts, they should wear long dresses and the rest of the guests, short dresses.
Plain or printed? What color?
Unless otherwise indicated in the wedding invitation, prints and plain colors are generally allowed. With the exception, of course , of white and beige, which are reserved for the bride.
We will choose the color depending on the shades of the moment and the tone that most favors us, according to our skin tone and hair..

Pastel Shades
According to what we read in leading trend magazines like Lookiero: : "The pastel shades that will triumph this spring will be parchment yellow, mint green, Bridgerton blue and powder pink."
These are sweet shades that dress us both day and night. Some ideas:

Among the many options, we highlight the fuchsia-orange combination. A combination that falls within the so-called "color block", so fashionable this season.

What style to wear?
That point will depend entirely on what the prêt-à-porter fashion is setting. For this year 2022 we highlight the following trends:
Volume sleeves
We continue to pay attention to sleeves, especially dresses with voluminous sleeves.Whether it is the Juliet sleeve, the Poet sleeve, the puffed sleeve or the Bishop sleeve, among others.
While it is true that sewing professionals can make sleeves with volume with any fabric, the rest of people with basic notions of sewing will be easier for us to choose a fabric with volume. Let's see some options:

- PALMA; Reference: 01799-1002. Fine taffeta fabric. Fabric with volume to create sleeves and dresses with volume.
- TOQUE; Reference: 02281-0005. Cotton stretch poplin. A very manageable fabric with which it will be easier to give volume.
- SORAYA; Reference: 00138-0305. Satin fabric with a lot of fall. Angel skin. Although the fabric has a lot of fall, we can give volume if it is made enough gathered.
V-neckline
This is one of the most flattering necklines. A rejuvenating and stylizing style, as we see with the following design:
XXL ruffles
As good flamencas we cannot do without ruffles in our dresses. A way to walk our flamenco soul for any event. Like this design by Cristina García::
Asymmetric dress
With a wide range of possibilities in terms of asymmetry, this is a style that needs no introduction. A confection that we can adjust to our anatomy to enhance the aspects that we like the most.
All the variations just named are based on the pattern, so we can choose the fabric that best suits us. Following the examples in the images:
