This draw has been organized by FLAMENTEX, a trademark of RAVIAL, S.A., a company with registered office at C/ Ronda Boada Vell, 45, C.P. 08184 Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona – Spain) in accordance with the provisions of these legal bases. The draw will be held on our Instagram profile.

Draw duration

The draw will be published on January 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and you can participate until 11:59 p.m. on January 28, 2025.

How to participate?

You can participate in our giveaway if you are over 18 years old, reside in Spain (mainland) and follow the following steps:

• Be a follower of the Flamentex profile on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Comment on the post tagging your partner.

The user may participate as many times as they deem appropriate.

The staff employed by RAVIAL, S.A. (FLAMENTEX), as well as their immediate family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, will not be able to participate in the draw.

Participation in the promotion implies express and unreserved acceptance of these rules, which will be accessible from the FLAMENTEX channels. All entries that do not meet the above requirements will not enter the draw.

The winner may renounce the prize, but under no circumstances may they exchange it for a different prize or for its cash amount.

The prize will be collected at the FLAMENTEX store: C/ Ilustración, 33, P. I. La Negrilla. CP: 41016 (Seville – Spain).

Prize

The prize for the promotion will consist of a double ticket (access for two people) to access the SIMOF (FIBES) venue or a double ticket (access for two people) to access the Youth Contest, which will be held within the SIMOF (FIBES) venue.

Selection and communication of the winners

Among the people who meet all the requirements, 15 winners will be chosen through Instagram, with a random computer application. For more information about this application, consult here.

First, the 10 winners of A double ticket to access the SIMOF venue will be chosen and in a second round, the 5 winners of A double ticket to see the parade: Young People's Contest Designers.

In total, 15 double tickets will be raffled off.
